FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Here are the most frequently asked questions and answers about purchasing and merchandise. Complaint and exchange information is contained in the terms and conditions that buyers must agree to prior to placing an order. Prices and types of transport can be found here.

Transport:

When will my order arrive?

The carrier (DPD) guarantees delivery on the second working day within the Czech Republic and within two business days in Slovakia. In case of delay please contact us, we will track the package for you.

Can my order be sent by Czech Post?

Unfortunately, we do not send general shipments by Czech Post. For shipments beyond the dimensions and weight that DPD can deliver, Czech Post may be used

I want to collect my e-shop order in person, is this possible?

No. All goods on our e-shop are in stock at our retail store at Na Poříčí 22, Prague 1. If you would like to collect your goods personally, it is possible to reserve your order by phone or e-mail and buy your goods directly at the shop.

What if I’m not at home to receive the shipment?

When placing your order, you can choose a shipping address seperate from your billing address. In this manner, you can have the shipment sent to your work or business, but the billing address can be your home or legal address. The shippment can be accepted and paid for by anyone at the shipping address.

 

Payments:

Can I pay with a credit/debit card?

Credit/debit card payments are currently processed via the PayPal payment gateway, where you will automatically be redirected as the last step of your order. You do not need a PayPal account to use this method.

How long will it také for you to receive my PayPal payment?

Payments through PayPal are credited to us immediately, and we can also send the goods immediately.

When will I recieved payment/shipping confirmation?

We will contact you as soon as the goods are prepared for shipping, no longer than 24 hours after you’ve placed your order. In most cases, the information will be sent within one hour of the completed order process.

 

Goods:

How do I know if the the goods I want are in stock?

Our e-shop automatically displays the amount of pieces we have in stock. We regularly restock most items, so if someting you want is out of stock, chances are it will be back in stock shortly. Please feel free to contact us to confirm if and/or when your items will be in stock.

Is there a brick and mortar shop I can visit?

Yes, all the goods on the e-shop are available at our physical store at Na Poříčí 22, Prague 1.

What if decide I do not want the goods anymore or they are not what I expected? Will you refund my money?

When buying through our e-shop, you can return unused goods within 14 days for a full refund. Goods must have original tags and be in original packaging.  Please return goods to:

Please include the original invoice received with the goods and your account number. Your money will be refunded to your account within 30 days.

We do not, at any time, issue refunds for items purchased at one of our physical locations. However, it is possible to exchange your items for an item of the same value, or to receive store credit for a future purchase.
